Eugenics played a huge role in the human experiments in the early 1920's-1970's

The most vulnerable people in society were targeted to be human test subjects.

Doctors and scientists used institutions that housed mentally and physically disabled children as labs for their unethical studies.

Great harm and sometimes death resulted.
