Dr. Dale Cavaness was a much loved physician from Southern Illinois.

He was seen as a hometown hero. A small town boy who became a doctor and decided to care for the people of his hometown of Eldorado, Illinois.

Dr. Dale Cavaness was actually a psychopath whose crimes and abuse went without consequence.

He hijacked the town and terrorized anyone who stood in his way.
